100% Remote - Customer Service Representative First Level Helpdesk (m/f/d)

Due to our great growth, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) with German and at best English language skills for our technical service support to help us create exceptional customer experiences - the wow - for some of the biggest and most recognized brands in the world.

Work remotely, 100% and permanently in a home office or mobile office - no matter where in the world you want to live or work.

In our cool and helpful team, you will take over the following activities:

• Whether via chat, mail or phone: You are the contact person for all technical questions of our client's customers.
• You explain technical issues to customers in a simple, calm and understandable way.
• You advise customers comprehensively on the possibilities and functions of their products.
• Thanks to your expertise, customers get a custom-fit solution for their request.

Your skills:

• Have you already worked in technical service, as a service Ambassador in IT support or as a helpdesk employee? Or is technology your passion and are you very confident in dealing with common hardware and software related to topics such as PC, internet and mobile communications?
• We expect you to have a very good command of written and spoken German and, at best, a business-fluent command of English (C2 level is desirable).
• Your way of working is characterized by a structured and systematic approach.
• You keep a calm head and an overview, even if the solution doesn't work out at the first attempt.
• You enjoy working in a 100% remote environment and a great digital community.
• You also bring a good internet connection and a quiet work environment in your home office.
