100% Remote –  Customer Service (m/w/d)

Due to our great growth, we are looking for Customer Service Ambassadors (m/f/d) with very good German and at best English language skills for our Support team to help us create exceptional customer experiences - the wow - for some of the biggest and most well-known brands in the world.

Work remotely, 100% and permanently in a home office or mobile office - wherever in the world you want to live or work.

In our cool and helpful team, you will take over the following activities:

• Whether via chat, e-mail or telephone: You are the contact person for our client's customers.
• Confidently and expertly, you take care of customers' questions and concerns.
• You professionally record and maintain data changes, requests, orders, etc. in our systems.
• Thanks to your expertise, customers receive a custom-fit solution for their request.

Your Skills:

• Have you already worked in service, as a service Ambassador in IT support, as a customer service employee or as a customer consultant? Or are you a career changer looking for a new, exciting perspective?
• We expect you to have a very good command of written and spoken German and, at best, a business-fluent command of English (C2 level is desirable).
• You are quick on the uptake and like to work independently and reliably.
• You are confident in using a PC and reliable in data maintenance.
• You enjoy communication, dealing with customers and working in a 100% remote environment and a great digital community.
• You also bring a good internet connection and a quiet working environment in your home office.
